• 16 Mar 1829 - John Fee a single man of the state of Ohio for fifty dollars deeds to Thornton Rush his interest in the above property. Witnesses: Samuel Fee and Stephen Fee. An acknowlegement by the J. P. of Clermont Co. dated 20 July 1829 was witnessed by John S. Rush and Taylor Barton. Recorded 3 Sep 1831. (Clermont Co., OH Deeds Book 28, page 28)
• 1830 - Taylor Barton 20-30 enumerated in the census of Campbell Co., KY adjacent to Thomas Love 40-50.
• 1 Aug 1845 - Squire Barton and Rachel his wife of Monroe Co., MO; Taylor Barton and Ann his wife of Monroe Co., MO; and Daniel Thrasher and Nancy his wife of Shelby Co., MO deed to Noah Donly of Marion Co., MO 80 acres in Marion Co. Ann Barton relinquishes her dower. Rachel Barton relinquishes her dower. Nancy Thrasher relinquishes her dower and also her right of inheritance. The property cited is W 1/2 of SE quarter of Section 14, Twp 57, Range 5 West. (Marion Co., MO Deed Book L. pages 276-8) A note on the photocopy says that the same 80 acres was purchased by Martha Barton at US Land Sales Palmyra Office on 10 March 1829.
