• 1949 - While on a business trip to San Francisco with her husband, drove to Pond Farm and met Marguerite Wildenhain.
• ca 1951 through 1953 - studied under Richard Petterson at Scripps College
• 1954 & 1955 - Studied under Marguerite Wildnenhain at Pond Farm
• 1957 - studied under Peter Voulkos at Otis Art Institute
• 1970 - Sold Arcadia home and moved to Yorkshire in Chapman Woods. End of ceramic work
• 1988 - Purchased Condo on Orange Grove in Pasadena.
